So many Dribbble designs display an absolute deafness to what UX actually is. It’s so readily apparent how unusable, how un-thought through these designs are. They say nothing about users needs, context, constraints, the business and so forth. As someone who hires UXers — don’t show some pretty, generic UI without thinking through the entire UX / HCD process. It will backfire.
